pilaf, the national dish of Afghanistan, rice with meat

Ingredients:

  • Meet (pork, chicken, beef, lamp) - 500g
  • Oil - 200ml
  • Carrot 1big
  • Onion – 1big
  • Garlic – 1 cloves
  • Turnip 1 middle head
  • Spices 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 spoon
  • Peper
  • Rice – 500 g
  • Water -750 ml

Cut the meat, onion, and carrots into cubes. In a big frying pan pour oil. It must be very hot, put all the meat and simmer for 10 min. Throw carrot and onion stew for 5 min. Until all fry preparing rice. Rice needs to be washed 10 times. On top of the meat add spices rice, salt, and water. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes. Add squeezed garlic. 5 min to rest and Bon Appetit)!
