Question Formation 1

1.  Start with the basic statement. (the answer)
  He is tired.
2.  Move the verb to the front of the subject and capitalise this word.
  Is he tired.
3.  Change the pronoun. (if necessary)
  (not necessary)
4.  Change the verb. (if necessary)
  (not necessary)
5.  Add a question mark.
  Is he tired?

Question Formation 2

1.  Start with the basic statement. (the answer)
  I am English.
2.  Move the verb to the front of the subject and capitalise this word.
  Am I English.
3.  Change the pronoun. (if necessary)
  Am you English.
4.  Change the verb. (if necessary)
  Are you English.
5.  Add a question mark.
  Are you English?
