Everyone has stress. Stress is not good for our body, health or mind. If you have a lot of stress in your life, there are a few things you can do to deal with it.

First, we should identify the cause of stress and then we should try to solve stress using exercise and a calm mind. Some physical exercise and daily activities that can relieve our stress are running, swimming, and yoga and playing games. Also, we need to take advice from friends and family on how to deal with stress. We should spend time with people who have a positive attitude and we should read books to distract ourselves from stress. We should do our favourite hobbies like gardening, drawing or painting which will also reduce stress. In addition, we need to eat healthy food and have a balanced diet for good mental health. There are lot of healthy foods we can eat like fruit and vegetables, fish, chicken, beef and lamb. Finally, we need a restful sleep. Sleeping problems increase our stress level to be high. We should sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night because we need to rest our body with night sleep. With proper exercise, hobbies, diet and sleep, our stress will decrease.

In conclusion, a stress-free life brings happiness and positivity, so if we want to be happy and have a healthy mind, body and soul, we need to deal with stress first. That’s why we should follow the above rules in our daily life.
