Ukrainian Cheese Cake

Cheesecakes are one of the most popular dishes in Ukraine. This is a great breakfast for the whole family.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons (to taste)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- Flour - about 1.5 cups (add gradually)
Instructions:
In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and sugar. Add vanilla sugar and salt. Gradually add the flour, stirring the dough with a spoon or spatula. Make small patties from the resulting dough. Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown. Remove the finished cheesecakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
