Strawberry tart with cream and mint on a black background.

I want to share a very tasty and simple recipe for a pie cooked on yogurt.

PORTIONS --6

  • Wheat flour--------2 glasses
  • Fruit yogurt---------400 ml
  • Sugar----------------1 glass
  • Egg----------------2 pieces
  • Baking powder----10 g
  • Butter--------------100 g
  • Strawberry---------20 pieces

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add yogurt, melted butter, baking powder and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cut strawberries into 4 pieces. Put half of the berries in a baking dish and pour over the dough. Then lay the remaining berries on top.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Take the cake out of the mold and cut it when it has cooled down.

Instead of strawberries, you can use any berries, depending on your taste. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Bon appetite!
