Starting a business in Canada is both an easy and difficult situation.
My wife and I, who were new immigrants to Canada, had our own problems, including being inexperienced with opening a new business, money, and credit.
My wife and I worked very hard in a company for two years, so we were able to get some credit and money. We were able to open a clothing alteration shop after two years. We chose tailoring because most of our families are tailors and we have experience.
My cousin Fawad helped us to complete the paperwork for our business, including the leasing, license, banking, government paperwork etc.
Finally, we were able to open our shop to customers on August 1st, 2019
and we were very happy and even happier when the people in our community supported us.
From the first month we were very satisfied, and it has continued like this for two years. We are still happy we opened our own business, and we have a lot of customers.
