Photo Credit: kwasny221 / 123RF Stock Photo Article ID: 2355 [Recipes- Fall 2021] Chicken Air-Fry (Serves: 4) Ingredients: 6 chicken legs (4.8lb; 2.2kg) 2 Red onion 1 tsp of garlic powder or 2 cloves of garlic 20g brown sugar 7g salt 4 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tbsp of oyster sauce 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce 2 tbsp of sesame oil 1 tbsp of black soy sauce 1 tsp of paprika powder Instruction: Clean chicken legs with 1 spoon of salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar under water, wash it with water multiples times, then drain them. Combine onion and garlic in blender and grind it. Then, add all ingredients above, except chicken and blend it until the mixture is smooth. Prepare a large bowl, put all chicken legs and season them with the mixture from the blender and keep it the fridge overnight. Put chicken legs in airfryer for 7 minutes. Then, pause it, flip chicken the other side and keep it for another 10 minutes. Serve with salad or rice or my favourite (mashed potato). Enjoy your meal!
