Relocating is an overwhelming prospect, even when the move is entirely voluntary. Typically, very few people live in the same house their entire lives nowadays, so they decide to move to new homes all over the country. Choosing a place to live is a critical decision, Many factors need to be considered in making a good decision. I believe many factors such as the environment, quiet location, price, brands or ages, personalities, development opportunities, or other features are important to make decisions.

Chiefly, I and my family live in a specific region compatible with my age and personality . For instance, as a vibrant individual frequently I prefer living near schools, near park places to be more suitable for fun. Therefore, the elderly on the whole would like to choose somewhere quiet and comfortable for perfectly relaxing. Also, I and my family live in a place where the atmosphere is wonderful and convenient. A friendly neighbourhood, where people are nice and easygoing, where neighbours care about each other, where people can rely on neighbours in emergencies, a place free from ganged up, is vital and worth in selecting a place to live. Whenever I feel tired or dull, I would like to walk to a nearby park to relax and enjoy the beautiful scene watching and feeling the cool breeze. A park near the house seems excellent. Besides, I would prefer to live in a location near good schools, so that my children could quickly go to school. Therefore, location is significant for me.

Price is also one of my most essential factors in choosing a place to live. In some locations, the house prices are very high, as a young women living with her husband and kid, at the start of career, and with no back up from my family, I cannot afford to buy. Therefore, I would instead prefer living in a place where the houses are not so expensive. Furthermore, another factor that I would prefer to move to new home is the development opportunities in their jobs. It is relatively common to relocate for a new job in another city or country due to their income sources. For instance, I might find a better occupation, which could earn a competitive salary in particular. Besides, I would also have more pleasing and also supportive relationships in my job .

All in all, my principal factors in moving to new homes are the environment, location, price, age of the house , personalities, and development opportunities. Not all people will shift their homes, but I must consider this. on and off I usually move to a new home to reap and enjoy the rewards of this. In other words, Could easily take advantage and privileges of just moving to the new homes.
