Universal Basic Income means that all citizens receive the same benefit without conditions. In my opinion UBI must provide financial aid only to people below the poverty line.

People below the poverty line can’t effort their life. They have a minimum income. In 2018, four out of five people below the international poverty line lived in rural areas. Half of the poor are children.

UBI can help these people to improve their life, education, and health. When we share budget of UBI just with them, they will receive more money. Rich people don’t need it. How many percent of our country population is poor?

We need to help them. We can balance level of life in our country.

UBI is for people indicating economic disadvantage and should target individuals and households in need of government assistance and aid. This is for helping someone in need not for someone who doesn’t need it.
