When I looked at the weight and saw the number, those xx kilos meant an important change for me. I know that life goes by quickly: one day you are young and at your right weight, but because of all your chores sometimes you forget yourself. Obviously, that happened to me.

One day, I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror and did not recognize the woman who was there. I gained so much weight, I was wearing very wide and comfortable clothes and I felt very exhausted. After that, I made the decision to change some habits in my life and have a better diet.

First, I started to drink two litres of water every day. Then I included more vegetables and fruits, and next I tried to walk 30 minutes every day. Finally my last meal during the day was at 6 pm. In other words, if you want to change your habits, it is never late and today is a good day for a change. The most important is to start and be consistent in your decisions. If you change your life you can encourage others to change their lives.
