My name is Kassim. I am from Eritrea. I was born in a small village, Kiloma. I’m married and I have two girls and a wife. I saw my family after 6 years. They moved away from me at the end of 2012. I got them when I came to Canada on May 21, 2019.

Now I live with my family in Nanaimo, BC. After one month, I started my English class, I achieved level 4 in just 5 months. After 5 months, I stopped learning and I started working as a housekeeper at the Best Western Hotel. I worked with them for 3 months. After three months, I stopped working because of COVID 19.
