All of human demands can be fulfilled through a click on the smartphone.

Young people can integrate with the development of technology very quickly. More and more smartphones are increasingly becoming an essential part of their daily lives. The older people have some trouble when they mix with technology. It is very difficult to change as much as we get older. However, we must do our best to keep up with modern technology. We must not only adapt but also integrate with our children.

I think technology made our lives active, flexible, positive, and proactive. Therefore, all of us should change our habits to adapt but use the technology effectively without being too dependent on it.
