I like to eat healthy and stay active. My favourite meal is avocado mixed with vegetables. I like it because it smells and tastes good. Because of its ingredients, it helps me to be healthy. I know that a healthy meal has to contain a good proportion of fruits, vegetables, fats and protein. In my favourite meal there are carrots, pears, onions- mixed with oil, vinegar and sugar.
I think that to stay active depends on what we eat or how we are taking care of ourselves. To stay active you have to eat healthy. After that, you have to occupy yourself by doing something to avoid becoming sleepy. You can say that since we are alive, we will always have something to do. Finally, you have to have a good schedule for your day or you can become bored.
