Education

When I decided to continue higher education in my field after a gap of 20 long years, it was quite challenging and stressful. However, I was determined to succeed and that was motivating enough to invest my time and energy.

Besides returning to education after a long break, another challenge was studying in the English language. Even while I was familiar with some concepts, studying them in a new language added complexity.

Additionally, construction in Canada is quite different from construction in my home country, materials and techniques are totally not the same. As a result, Conception and architecture are influenced by Canadian culture so adapting to all these new concepts takes time and patience.

On the other hand, adding all these challenges, I was in a new environment composed of diverse other cultures, it required tact and skills to adapt and to be integrated while preserving my authenticity and values. At first, I was stressed and hesitant, but after some exchange with my classmate, an atmosphere of kindness and mutual support was established.

Even though all these difficulties seem unmanageable, I'm still confident that I have enough experience and skills to go through all this and, at the end, to be rewarded for all my hard work and sacrifice.
