Work

Since coming to Canada, I have mostly made friends through my workplace. I started working at a company soon after arriving, and that environment gave me the chance to meet new people. By working together on different tasks, helping each other, and spending time during breaks, I slowly built friendly relationships with my coworkers. Many of them later became my close friends.

This experience was very positive for me because I didn't feel alone. The teamwork and support at work helped me feel more confident, and having friends at work made each day easier. I think the workplace is a great way to make friends in a new country.
