I will be talking about the topic exercise. I enjoy exercising due to the multiple benefits of exercising and examples of the benefits are that it reduces stress, healthier lifestyle and also helps with weight loss and another reason that I like to exercise is the different ways of exercising and those would be running, going to the gym, swimming and a lot of other and my favorite is running because it helps me reduce stress and receive fresh air.
