Recent discoveries in brain studies show that some people are introverts and others are extroverts. According to these discoveries, our brains are unique and require specific substances. Some of them need dopamine (Extroverts) and the others need acetylcholine.
Extroverts love rewards and great exposition ( in fact, receiving a prize provides dopamine ). In certain cases, dopamine creates a real addiction; you can see it with great competitors like Serena Williams, politicians, actors, etc.
Some of them have many strategies for having this substance again and again. Serena uses introvert and extrovert strategies to reach her target. For me, these substances are good for the brain, but for dopamine, I'm confused because receiving that substance in large quantities is dangerous.
Introverts, most of the time, are quiet and big thinkers; it's the best attitude to have if someone must reach a target. In fact, there are great providers of ideas and solutions in their areas. Serena uses this attitude for learning and executes the new process. Using these attitudes (Introvert and extrovert) as tools to reach her targets at different times shows that Serena has great skills in her field and is a great competitor.
