I think lifelong learning refers to the ongoing process of continuous education beyond formal schooling. Lifelong learning allows individuals to adapt to changes and update their knowledge and professional skills.
Companies should offer a variety of courses to support lifelong learning and help employees be competitive in their fields. Some of these courses include leadership and management development, personal and career development, and technical skill training. As mentioned before, companies don’t want to spend a lot of money to teach the human resources/their employees, so they prefer to use computers and AI.
To continue my lifelong learning, I plan to study computer programming and data science. I will familiarize myself with emerging technologies and research in the use of AI in health care.
I need to confess that I'm so interested in computers and information technology. As a nurse, I know in the future only those people who know how to train AI can secure their jobs because computers cut our society in two parts: one part is made of those people who don't think, and they have to be obedient workers or they will lose their jobs, and the second part is made of people who are making the AI and training it to do things. I think we need to be in the second part.
