I would like to talk about the courses I’m taking currently in Human Resource Management to achieve my dream of having a career in HR here in Canada as well. I find these courses very interesting and am enjoying studying them.

I started the certificate program recently and hope to complete it soon. The courses are in an online format, and I am taking one course each month because I am work full time and take care of my family as well. I began with a course, Introduction to Human Resources Management and then took Organizational Behaviour, which has been my favourite course so far. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from my native country with an emphasis on organizational behavior. I always loved learning about people, how they think and behave in the work environment.

This program is very important to me because, although I have experience in human resources, there are some gaps that need to be filled. For example, understanding Canadian HR laws and health and safety regulations is important, as these would be quite different from my native country.

I love studying human resources, and I cannot wait to see the upcoming courses on recruitment and hiring, both of which are my favorites. I have extensive work experience in these areas, and in my previous boss's words, "my greatest strength is selecting people."

So, anyone who likes to work with people and about people, I suggest thinking about this field too for studies and a career.
