Celebration

A vibrant, child-like drawing celebrating Mother's Day

Mother’s Day is always on the second Sunday of May. Mother’s Day was officially created in 1914. Mother’s Day is a day, where you celebrate the mother figures in your life and you thank them for being there.

On Mother’s Day, my sons gave gifts to their mother, and we went out to eat lunch at a restaurant. I also gave my mother-in-law a little gift for always helping around. My mom lives in Vietnam. I called her and spoke to her. We don’t celebrate or observe Mother’s Day in Vietnam. I came to know about Mother’s Day when I camo to Canada. I feel it should be observed as it gives a good feeling. Every day is a Mother’s Day. Every mother is a gift so must love and value our mothers.
