Homeland

The name of my country is Nepal. It is a small but very beautiful country. My country has many mountains, hills, rivers and green places. The highest mountains in the world, Mount Everest, is also located in my country. There are many tourist that come to my country to see it and like it. In Nepal, the place I used to stay at is Kathmandu. It is also the capital city and is full of temples and kind people. Kathmandu is very old and beautiful. I also like Pokhara. which is near Kathmandu. It is a quiet place and has a big lake in the middle of the city. Lumbini is also a special place for us in Nepal. It is the birthplace of Lord Buddha who we worship because my family follows Buddhism. Nepal has many people living there who are kind and always ready to help each other. I feel very happy. The most beautiful places in Nepal are Everest base camp, Chitwan National Park, Phewa Lake, Sarangkot, Sagarmatha National Park, Boudhanath, Bhaktapur Durbar square, and Lumbini.
