Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Clarified butter (desi ghee) – 1 bowl
  • Sugar or brown sugar – 1 bowl
  • Wheat flour, chickpea flour, or semolina (any one) – 1 bowl
  • Dry fruits (according to choice)
  • Water – 1.5 bowls

Recipe:

- We need two pans. In one pan, we put a mixture of clarified butter (desi ghee) and wheat flour, chickpea flour, or semolina. On medium heat, stir continuously.

- At the same time, prepare sugar syrup (one and a half cups of water and one cup of sugar). When you smell a good fragrance and see the color of the flour change, add a little bit of crushed dry fruits.

- Then mix the sugar syrup into the flour mixture on low heat and stir continuously. When you see it turns into a solid form (binding like a ball) and releases ghee, it’s ready to eat.
