Perfect recipe for on the go breakfast, will last in the fridge for up to 7 days and it is just so delicious.

This dessert is super easy to make. If you need your bread to be gluten free, substituted it with oats.

What do you need:

  • 2 extra ripe bananas
  • 1 big apple
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g oats
  • 2 tbs Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • Some nuts, chocolate chips or raisins

How to make it:

  1. Mash the bananas into a smooth paste. Add the eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, cinnamon, baking powder, pinch of salt, grated apple and mix together. At the end add some nuts, chocolate chips or raisins and gently mix again.
  2. Add to lined load tin and bake 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  3. It also freezes well too, perfect for and on the go breakfast, snack or desert.
