woman using mobile phone sitting on top of desk with a cup of tea that says LIKE A BOSS

I am very happy to tell you about my one week experience. Last week, my friend asked me if I was interested in coming with her to some places to shop around a business she intends to buy. She said I cannot find a job and no boss want to hire me so I will look for a chance to be my own boss.

She loved a bubble tea shop at the mall, which has been a good business with profit about $130k/year. But with the price about $400k, she does not have enough money. Then she took me to a convenience store, and it was asking to pay about $200k. The owner said the shop has a great sale with about $20k/week but the profit left is about $8k/month. The owner refused to show the financial report until an offer was given and accepted, so my friend was confused. She said to me, how she could pay $200k for something that is not available with clear information? So why would she pay $200k?

She is very interested in that business but she has to give up. She feels regret for that. And now she turns back the interest to the bubble tea but the issue is the budget does not match. I will keep beside her and encourage her in her new adventures.
