I took a course called Beauty Technician because I wanted to become a hair stylist. The course was about techniques for cutting hair and how to color it according to each person’s complexion. I took this course at a college in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. The instructors who taught this course were specialized in hair styling techniques. I liked this course because I could help people change their image and I had seen this experience with others at my family’s barber shop.

After I completed this course, I opened my own hair styling salon, and I used the techniques that I learned in college with my customers.
