Bread With Seeds

My mother used to make this bread when I was a child and the entire family enjoyed it for lunch time on Saturdays. I know that my mom learned this recipe from her mother and it came from Romania.
Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 320ml warm water
- 10g dry yeast
- 5g salt
- 20ml oil
- 10g sugar
- 50g raw sunflower seeds
- 50g raw pumpkin seeds
- 50g ground flaxseeds
Directions:
- Mix 100 g of warm water with yeast until the yeast is dissolved, then add the sugar and two spoons of flour, and leave them to rest and grow for 15 minutes (leaven).
- Mix the rest of the ingredients with the leaven and leave it in a bowl to rest and grow for one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 356 F.
- Grease a 10 x 25 pan.
- With a small quantity of oil put the dough in the pan and leave it to grow for another 30 minutes.
- Before putting it in the oven, make 3 or 4 notches on the top of the dough and grease it with some oil.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool down and serve with butter or cream cheese. It’s delicious!
