Today I want to tell you about a street party that I saw in Canada. On May 11 in my town, there was an unusual holiday. You had to buy tickets and one ticket cost $20. We ate fish in batter, potatoes and salads. The children had the opportunity to meet the police and firefighters. People dressed in unusual clothes. One family wore the same colour T-shirts. Some elderly people dressed in ancient clothes. There were many old and beautiful cars in the parking lot. All the people were friendly and it was nice to see one big family eating at the table. It's a great idea to get everyone together and talk and see friends.
