The computer has come to make the impossible possible for us.

Today, the advanced devices and products that are invented in the world, are not unrelated to all kinds of computers. Computers that perform various processes in the shortest time return the result to us. Now these computers are becoming a member of our family, so we can't turn around without them.

Briefly, a computer is an electronic device that has memory and storage ability; it can be programmed and also has ability to perform operations fast, reliably and, accurately with a high precision. In addition, computers help you stay in touch with family and friends. The most important of all is that the computer can be used as an excellent educational tool (the same way I'm doing it now).

But as you know, it must be paid for getting a benefit out of something, and using the computer in the wrong way.

Researchers classify the damages caused by improper use of the computer or its addiction as follows:

• Psychological injuries including the inability to create social relationships, increased aggression, mixing fantasy and reality, isolation and introversion, stress
• Mental and social injuries, including mental laziness, loss of self-confidence, weakening of family relationships and academic failure.
• Physical injuries including vision damage, skeletal damage, obesity, wrist and neck pain.
