I like online shopping. Because I am a little busy, I have no time to go shopping at stores. It is convenient for me. I can compare the prices within the different online stores easily. I can place an order online when I have limited time. I can get online promotions on Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. The price is worth it on these special days.

However, there are some disadvantages to online shopping. First, I cannot see the actual products. So, I prefer to buy some things at stores. For example, I can pick and choose my milk, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. I can also try on pants, suits, and dresses. Second, sometimes the wait time after ordering a product online can be long. There have been times I have needed to wait a week, a month, or even half a year! So, if I want something urgently, I have to go to the store. Last, there are often technical issues when ordering online, especially during holidays. The web often runs slowly on these special days and sometimes it crashes. I have to be patient and try many times to purchase the products I want.

In conclusion, there are some advantages and some disadvantages to online shopping. It cannot substitute an actual retail store. I choose whether I want to shop online or not depending on the situation.
