Today, I am going to write about how we should drive in winter conditions here in Canada. This is my first winter in Canada, so I would like to share my own experiences which I have noticed so far. Most importantly, winter tires play a significant role in winter driving on snowy and icy roads. I have observed that winter tires help us to give more traction on the roads which can substantially avoid tire skids over icy and snowy roads. Also, maintaining a safe distance with the vehicle in front of you can also avoid sudden brake applications and give us more reaction time. Moreover, we should always clear the snow off our cars before going onto the road. Cars covered with snow could result in accidents and a possible traffic ticket as well. In addition to this, fuel tanks and windshield washer fluid tanks must remain full all the time. Last but not the least, we should give our full attention on the road especially during winter driving conditions. In conclusion, we should not worry too much but be careful and attentive when driving; extra caution can help us to drive better in winters.
