COVID-19

At the beginning of 2020, the world learned about Covid-19. Then, we face a wide variety of changes in our life. from the beginning until today according to data from World Health Organization in March 2022, Covid-19 leaves us with 452.201.564 of confirmed cases, 10.704.043.684 vaccine doses administered and 6.029.852 confirmed deaths. Also, the countries took different measures to help stop the outbreak and spread of the virus. like lockdowns, facemask, cleaning each item after going shopping. Besides these steps, people learned many new things from the pandemic.

The pandemic taught us that we can do many things online like meetings, classes, interviews, concerts, shopping and more; also, cleaning products were items that families worried about buying constantly. Losing jobs was a constant happening when Covid-19 arrived in our lives and around the world. According to International Labor Organization, 2020 recorded a loss of 8.8 percent of work hours globally which is equal to a total of 255 million full-time jobs. COVID-19 pandemic has also increased global poverty and inequality in societies; definitely, we were not ready to fight Covid-19 when it arrived two years ago.
