In 2014, my wife and I decided to buy a dog for our kids. We took our time choosing which pet would be the best. After some time, we selected a dog as our pet. The following day, we all went to Yorkton to buy our dog. When we arrived, the seller showed us multiple puppies and then we eventually came to a decision. We chose a brown and grey female dog. We gave it the name Jessie.

During this summer break, my family and I went to a lake along with our pet, and there we rented a canoe. We carried it all the way to the beach to gently place it in the water. Then, Jessie went into the canoe with my wife. We were shocked to see her in there because she is usually scared of water. She wanted to stay but my wife got worried because she didn’t have a life jacket. It's funny because it was very unexpected and we never even imagined her to go in, so we took her back to the beach.

I advise anyone to buy a pet if you have kids because it makes the atmosphere more enjoyable and makes kids more responsible.
