Employment

There are only two things about my job in Toronto that I like better than my job in Ukraine: higher salary and a company car Toyota RAV4 that I drive daily. Toyota RAV4 is a car that was given to me by my company so I can use it for my own purposes as well. As for salary, of course it’s higher than back in Ukraine, but expenses are greater as well. I liked the job I had in Ukraine because it gave me more freedom. I was working as a self-employed and could take vacation or days off when I needed them. Also, I was familiar with the legislation very well, which made me feel more comfortable than here. But the most important factor was my language. I didn’t have any language barrier. Thus, there are many things here in Canada that I need to change for the better.
