The school life is full of beautiful and not so beautiful memories, but the nicer one still in my memory is my primary school.

It was in a small town where I was born. The school building was very old, actually, my dad studied there. It had two parallel buildings with classes and the multi-use games area was in the middle. Of course, it also had a library, a cafeteria, washrooms, and a management room.

Both girls and boys could attend this school. All of them were from this town and absolutely were very good friends. Later, I was a bridesmaid for one of my friends from this school. I didn’t like the uniform colour which every student needed to wear because it was a gloomy brown.

I learned a lot there. The teachers were very friendly and welcoming. They were eager to teach in an energetic way. They had to follow the standard ways of teaching us, but they would add in something extra to help us learn better. I will never forget Miss Shadia when she was bringing fruits for the class to learn the texture, taste, and shape of most fruits.

The school had a really excellent reputation in the town, and I believe this is why I was happy in this school. I stayed in this school for several years until it was time to move to middle school.

I mostly enjoyed the time I spent in the school. I had many good friends and I liked the environment and teachers in this school.
