Some people believe that women are better at childcare than men so they should focus more on raising children and less on their working life but I believe women are better than men in every field whether it be their personal or professional life.

Women are doing far better in taking care of children`s growth no doubt about that, but at the same time they also handle the work pressure from their job and sometimes they miss some career opportunities because of the personal care of their children. Women have inherent capability to take care of the growth of the children. In early stages ,as babies , only the mother is able to identify the baby’s needs like hunger /breastfeeding, respond appropriately when babies cry and take care of health issues. Unfortunately, this type of inherent ability is not seen with men all the time, exceptionally some of them have this instinct but not all the men.

At the same time women always try to balance their professional life and personal life; women share the financial burden in their family and equally share responsibilities in raising or looking after children.

In a nutshell, how women should prioritize their professional life depends on the place they are in their lives and as well as their needs. Even if women take maternity leave , they can always return to workforce later and continue with their careers.
