Buying a Home in Canada

When anyone wants to buy a house, the most important thing to look for is location. The definition of a great location can be different from one person to another according to their requirements, age, status and future goals. For example if the person is a senior looking for a peaceful place to retire, a great location would be in beach island small village or in the countryside, but if the person is young and he is looking for a dynamic life, a great location would be downtown.
One common thing among all of them is that everyone is looking for the value of their investment and how much it could increase in future.
As a family with children choosing the right area is crucial for us, we have many things to consider when looking for a great location for our future home. Firstly, the safety of the neighborhood is more important, is it safe or rated as dangerous. Secondly, public schools for our children are the most important factor in our home location, we prefer to walk to drop our kids to school. Also, we prefer schools with a good reputation, not with bad ones.
In addition, transportation is important. The best location should have easy access to public transportation and major highways. Finally, local amenities, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, are some of the top amenities we are looking for when buying our home. As the real estate agent says '' Location, location , location ''
