There are advantages to owning a home. My children can freely run around the house without worrying about disturbing neighbors or other tenants. Most importantly, we don't worry about the landlord announcing an increase in the rental price or taking back the house.
If we are unlucky enough to buy an old house it can be leaky and old and use an oil furnace. We would have to spend a lot of money and time replacing it. The houses in Canada are quite different to the houses in Vietnam.
Vietnamese houses are mostly built with bricks and cement and do not have basements . Each bedroom has a bathroom .The house is equipped with a lot of light, including in the bedroom. The floor is made of glazed tiles for easy living and cleaning which is convenient . Most house have small area so there is only a small yard in front of the house, enough to park one or two motorbikes.
I would like to buy a modern, new house in Canada.
