Bowl of Bouillabaisse - french soup with seafood

This soup I prepare for my family at any time of the year. It is very light and, at the same time, very healthy soup, as it contains a lot of vitamins, trace elements, and Omega 3, 6.

For preparation, you will need:

Fish fillets (to your taste) I use

  • Salmon - 300 gr.
  • Tuna 200 gr.
  • Shrimp 400 gr.
  • Mussels 300 gr.
  • Escalopes 200 g.
  • Carrots 1 pcs.
  • Onions 1pc.
  • Potatoes 3 pcs.
  • Tomato 2 pcs.
  • Garlic 2–3 cloves
  • Laurel leaf 2 pcs.

Put potatoes in boiling water (3 litre pot). While the potatoes are boiling, fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan until golden. Cut the fish fillets into small pieces. Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Chop the greens finely. Peel the garlic and put it through a garlic press. Rinse the seafood under running water.

When the potatoes are ready, add the fish fillets. After 10 minutes, add the seafood and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and herbs and cook for another 3 minutes. At the end, add the garlic and cover with a lid.

Bon appétit.
