Self-Improvement

Zen stacked stones at the beach

Many of us live in a constant search for ourselves. We try different things: some people find themselves quickly and turn out to be lucky, while others continue the search. Interestingly, nobody ever knows how to do it right. In my case, it is connected with small business. There is a lot of self-reflection involved, requiring me to step back, look at myself, and decide what’s right for me—not based on my feelings.

Fortunately, we have the Internet and a lot of available information: lectures, and podcasts on topics of interest. I get a lot of useful information from there. It’s very important to put it into action. I listen to lectures by successful people who didn’t know the right way but were dedicated to their processes and purposes and became successful. I’m really grateful for the possibility to learn about different topics.

Eventually, I realized the need to work on mindset, emotional intelligence, and basic foundations. These have become three pillars for me. By developing these skills, I noticed that results come gradually, especially when I didn’t expect them. I am more involved in the process, and it’s very interesting. I have come to the conclusion that there is no absolute right or wrong; the main thing is to improve and develop inner qualities and feelings and listen to them. All answers are inside us. Everyone has their individual path, and none of them are untrue. So set a goal, believe in it, break down big tasks into smaller pieces, and enjoy the process! I wish everyone to find their purpose, what makes them powerful and leaves an impression. Focus on your achievements, and everything should be great!
