I am confident that badminton is one of the best forms of exercise. First, I can say it is easy. That means you can easily find a badminton racket and a shuttlecock. You can find these badminton items in many stores, like Sports Check and Amazon. You can prepare the equipment yourself. Second, most people know this sport by name. I don’t need to provide a detailed explanation. It is very accessible.

Additionally, badminton is a lot of fun. The badminton shuttlecock is the fastest in all sports, reaching speeds of around 300~400 Km/hr. So if you attend a world tournament as a spectator, you can experience the real speed. Playing is also enjoyable. If you hit a shuttlecock properly, you can make a super-fast smash. Furthermore, the shuttlecock is not a regular ball; it looks like a triangle. You need to consider the flight path and timing of the shuttlecock.

Moreover, people of all ages and genders can play badminton together. There are types of doubles games, such as men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles. That means that everyone can join in and create their games. Additionally, we can share the same game rules, so you can play anywhere without needing explanations. If you know badminton skills and rules, you can play badminton in Europe, Asia and wherever else.

In this way, badminton is a sport that can be enjoyed by anyone, under any conditions.
