Portrait of seniors

It can be said that there are two ages, the one you really are and the age you feel. Our thoughts about how we look when we are old and how we live in old age is a reflection of how we will be. Getting older is an inevitable fact, so we should not be sad or afraid because we are getting older every day. No matter our age we must continue having fun, making new friends and enjoying new hobbies. Staying active and healthy makes old age healthier and helps us arrive with good habits. The attitude with which we age is reflected in our mood and health. A good attitude and energy make older people happier and healthier. The attitude with which you age and with which you live will be reflected in your health and the state in which you age. Living in a healthy environment, having regular medical check-ups, and eating organically is the key for longer-lived people. Walking is one of the best exercises and it is a practice that we should all do even when we are older. Living well, healthily and full of gratitude is the state in which the advice of those who reach old age.
