Having become a student of the Dnipro Agrarian and Economic University (Dnipro, Ukraine) in 1997, during the election of the sports section, I met my future coach Yevgeny Yarov. The coach was always energetic, cheerful, with a good mood and very active, regardless of his age. He was 57 at the time. I asked him how he did it. He told me that he had fairly simple rules for a healthy lifestyle. Then he shared these rules with me. Now I want to share these rules with you.

These simple rules will help you to be always in shape and maintain your health:

  1. Strive to move as much as possible. Movement is life! Walk more often: walking activates blood circulation. Several times a day, stretch your whole body, straining the muscles of the back and legs.
  2. For good physical condition, proper, deep and calm breathing is necessary. Try to ventilate the room in which you are. Fresh air is needed not only by your lungs but also by your skin.
  3. Pay more attention to your posture. Fatigue is often a consequence of incorrect posture. The stoop compresses your back until the lungs are clamped, and the volume of air is reduced during inhalation. From lack of oxygen muscles get tired much faster.
  4. Fight fatigue! Sit back, close your eyes and relax your body. Sit like that for a few minutes. This will help restore your strength.
  5. Normal sleep for a person is 7 - 8 hours. If you sleep less, there is chronic fatigue, which leads to a decrease in mood and performance.
  6. Malnutrition can also lead to fatigue. Limit the amount of sweet and flour in your daily diet, and drink more clean water. Eat more food containing fiber and whole grains, and less sugar or wheat flour. Do not forget about vegetables and fruits. Cook food in vegetable oil, and reduce the consumption of animal fat.
  7. Bad mood increases fatigue. Fatigue is the cause of a bad mood. It turns out a vicious circle. In order not to fall into this state, try to listen to your favorite music more often - this is the best cure for a bad mood.
  8. Observe the mode of the day. Lie down and get up at the same time. This is the simplest advice to look beautiful, healthy and rested.
  9. Be psychologically balanced. Do not be nervous because the nerve cells are not restored. Find positive moments everywhere.
  10. Harden your body by contrast shower - warm and cool water.
  11. Of course, do not smoke, and do not abuse alcohol and other bad habits. After all, these are the main factors that worsen your health.
  12. Most importantly try to have more positive emotions in your life. Take it easy on problems and difficulties. Enjoy your life!
