Driving

Young cheerful person driving car

As we all know, you cannot live in Canada without a driver’s license. Most Canadian families own one car or more because they need to drive to work. It saves you a lot of time on transit.

So, the first thing to do when I arrived Canada was to get my driver’s license. Although I had a driver’s license in Hong Kong, but I never drove. I didn’t even think about going for the full G test directly. I just started from the beginning. Actually, getting the G2 driver’s license was also not easy for me. I was too nervous when I was taking the test. I failed my G2 test twice and I lost my confidence.

Deciding the right time to turn right or left was so difficult for me, but finally I passed my G2 road test In Lindsay. After I got my G2 driver’s license, I drove from my home in Stouffville to work in Scarborough every day. I am not nervous anymore now, but still a bit worried when I drove on rainy or snowy days, but I know I will get used to it.

My next challenge is the full G drive test. I hope I would only fail once and get my full G license. Let’s see.
