Old Port and city skyline - Montreal, Quebec, Canada

I would love to share my memorable Montreal trip in February, where I visited, what I did, and how I felt. Firstly, I carefully selected the places I wanted to see and organized my schedule. On my first day in Montreal, I visited the Montreal Science Centre. There were enjoyable exhibits that allowed you to do things and learn about science in a fun way. The same day’s evening, I joined the aura experience event at the Notre Dame Basilica. The Aura lights were magical. The playing of lights and the historical background of the Basilica created a captivating atmosphere that left an impression on me. After this experience, I walked on old Montreal Streets. Next day, I went to the Montreal Archeology and History Museum. I saw the story of many centuries from when the First Peoples lived there to the present day in there. It had cool things underground that they found during archaeological digs. After that, I stopped by the Marche Bonsecours which now houses designer boutiques and explored City Hall and place Jacques Cartier. Also, I went and saw Saint Joseph's Oratory of Montreal. On the third day of my trip, my first stop was Montmorency Falls in Quebec City. It was beautiful because half of the water was running while the other part of the water had frozen. This meeting of ice and running water composed a mesmerizing view. I looked and listened to the waterfall for about half an hour, enjoying the view and the sound of rushing water. After that, I went to downtown Quebec City and tried tobogganing in the Dufferin Terrace and enjoyed the view of the lake from there. I walked on the old Quebec streets and visited the Art Museum of Quebec, but it wasn't as interesting for me because I had seen beautiful paintings and art in Istanbul. During my journey, I felt like I was walking around in Istanbul because I had seen many old buildings and similar architecture there. Also, I took photos of magnificent historical buildings, museums and natural views to create lasting memories. My Montreal journey was unforgettable, from science exhibits to the magical lights at Notre Dame Basilica and even the frozen water at Montmorency Falls.
