Activity

As everyone knows about summer time, the weather is often hot with a fresh breeze. Because of that, there are many activities in this season. Some people usually hold a barbecue party at home or the beach, otherwise, they go to the park with their family. Actually, the park also has a lot of fun activities, such as camping, walking in the woods, and fishing. So, I want to talk a little about my funny memory of fishing.

A week ago, I went to the Conestoga Lake park with my best friend, and it took about a 40 minutes drive to get there. The park is very large, and there is a big lake inside. People usually come to relax on the weekend, that is why there is always a crowd on weekends. When you get there, you will see a ticket booth. They often take 7 dollars for every single one, otherwise, you also can buy an annual ticket for your family. I really like to go to this park, because I like fishing. Especially the trout fish that I like to eat, although it is not easy to catch them.

I remember that we were there for a half day, but we just caught a few small fish. This time was really the worst time for us, but a while after, I changed the bait, and I used a corn that I had soaked in the high alcohol Vodka last night (the recipe of my older brother) , and it really worked, then, we got a big fish. Afterwards, we made a fire on the barbecue grill, cooked a fish and enjoyed our dinner with some favourite beers. We had a very good experience that day.

Finally, when I got back home, I gave all of the small trout fish to my neighbour and told him about the place we got these fish from. Of course, he was very interested and called his wife and arranged to go there the next weekend.
