Recipe for Piyaju

Ingredients:
- Red Lentils: 1 cup
- Green Chili: 5
- Salt: 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Paste: 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves: For taste
- Cooking Oil
Directions:
Soak the red lentils in the water for 3 hours. Wash the red lentils thoroughly. Blend the red lentils with the green chilis. Pour the mixture in a bowl. Put the salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and coriander leaves in the bowl with the mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well. Heat some cooking oil in a fry pan. Pour the mixture in the fry pan in round shapes 1.5 inches in diameter. When they turn brown, flip them to the other side. Once that side is brown, take them out and put them in a plate. You can now enjoy your piyaju with some ketchup.
