Hot Arroz Caldo traditional rice soup with chicken, vegetables and egg close-up in a bowl on the tab

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • 3 cups Water
  • Sliced chicken

Preparation:

  • Get a cooking pot. Pour cooking oil.
  • Put the garlic and ginger in.
  • Heat until the garlic turns brown.
  • Put the chicken in.
  • Wait for the chicken to get soft.
  • Pour the rice in and stir.
  • Stir for 5 minutes.
  • Pour 3 cups of water.
  • Cook until done.
