Pastries made of deep fried dough soaked in sugar syrup or honey

Ingredients

  • Yeast 1 teaspoon
  • Flour 150 gm (full tea cup)
  • Yogurt 3 tablespoons
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes until it evaporates
  3. Make sugar syrup. First, cook 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 sugar .After 10 minutes, when it is cooked and all dissolved, remove it from stove.
  4. Put two cups of oil in a pan. Turn on oven and set medium heat. When the oil is hot, place the mixtures into the pan in forms of small round shape. When the balls are cooked, place them in the mixture of sugar syrup. Then enjoy!
