Cornrows braids are made for specials events like wedding. Cornrows are braided very closed to the scalp by making continuous raised row.

Wash your hair. Cold and warm water is recommended. Use shampoo and brush hair gently. Use hair conditioner or cream , rinse thoroughly. Dry and comb from the ends to the top. After hair is completely dry, comb and make cornrows now.

Section your hair from the edge of the head to the back of the neck. Take a small portion of hair at the front. Start with three pieces of hair. Take the hair on the left under and to the right then take the hair on the right under and to the left. Pick up hair as you go back moving from left to right.

As cornrows is part of my culture, I grew up and learned with my mother how to make these braids. I usually do cornrows to my siblings.

Cornrows are quite simple to make and its can be wear either by men or women.
