Penne pasta with bolognese sauce, parmesan cheese and basil

Today, I am going to describe a recipe for stuffed pasta with bechamel sauce.

Ingredients: 

  • Penne pasta
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • green olives
  • sliced onions
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 7 tablespoons of flour
  • 1L. of milk
  • butter

Steps:

  1. Bring 1L. of water with some salt and 1 tb of oil to boil.
  2. Add penne pasta and wait until its cooked.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and add the sliced onions then ground beef.
  4. Add olives. Then stir it.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat after the ground beef is fully cooked.

  6. To prepare bechamel sauce:
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and some oil in a pan.
  2. Add the flour and stir it.
  3. Gradually, add the milk and keep stirring it
  4. Add some salt and black pepper.
  5. Now the sauce is ready.
  1. In a tray, put some of the sauce.
  2. Put a layer of the boiled pasta.
  3. Put the mix of the ground beef, olives and some mozzarella cheese in the middle.
  4. Another layer of pasta should be added to cover the stuffing.
  5. On top, add the bechamel sauce with some cheese.
  6. Cook it in the oven at 250 degrees.
